For those who have not yet signed up against the travel watchlist being imposed on alumni of the Pisay Southern Mindanao Campus, here is the link to the online signature drive.
This is a wrong, illegal and unconstitutional way implementing a track down of the alumni and of those who have supposedly "violated" the Pisay contract.
